So be assured that the changes we are making are corrections as we work towards providing you all with a Gurbani app that is the most accurate in the world. Our team are going through daily to compare the database versions to SGPC approved versions as well as with historical, handwritten Granths. To date, we have made over 70,000 corrections to the database over the past two years alone.
The first versions of the Gurbani database that we used had many mistakes in Gurbani as well as translations. The answer is simple - these are corrections, not changes. One of the most questions we get asked from users around the world is "Why are spellings changing in your apps?".
